Actually, its completable in 13. If you get all of the achievements per ramp in two goes go; then use two days to buy anything else, you'll still have 3 days to do 6,000.

I got mine in 12 days I have a picture to show it! Oh and my computeris messed up with the color so some parts are darker than others in the picture!
