When you text/type/email the acronym "lol" do you actually "laugh out loud" or do you just say it???? I'm asking this because one day i was texting and my friend said "lqtm" which he said means "laughing quietly to myself" because no one ever really laughs out loud.

I know this is kind of random......ok, fine totally and completely random but I want to see what you guys think about it.

sometimes it's a filler

LTMQ works much better it 90% of my situations with lol, but mainly because I do most online searching at work. Not a Laugh out Loud kinda place.
