I remember a similar story that happened around my hometown. Bunch of kids, two 13 year olds and an 18 year old, got drunk and went joyriding in a car. Needless to say, they crashed hard and one of the 13 year olds died.

I was 15 at the time, and I knew the kid who died, and frankly, that fucking retard got what he deserved.
