'In England, the Speaker of the House is not allowed to speak.'
Pedantic: The Speaker of the House of Commons is allowed to speak. He selects which members are next to speak and is generally responsible for keeping order in the House. However, he may not express opinions and must remain impartial no matter what his party affiliation.

"Humans and dolphins are the only species that have sex for pleasure."
That is not necessarily correct, if you are going with the definition of "sex for pleasure" as sex that is sought out and received then you left out pigs, chimpanzees and bonobos (bonobos are like the sexcrazed teenage relative of the great ape family, they have sex constantly and they scare me deeply).
If you are going with the definition as non-procreation based sex then that becomes a ridiculously large number(e.g. 98% of giraffe sex is male/male, some female birds will mate even after they have laid their eggs for that season). Many species, mainly mammals and birds, find sex pleasurable and will engage in it if given a choice.
