Well, Google offers one of the best work conditions world wide... You don't have fixed times you have to be in office most of the time, you can plan your own worktime as you like (u have to do you work though!).

the most amazing thing is that all of googles income (or most of it anyway) came from advertising. when it was first created, advertising was the prime source of cash... somehow they now make thousands of dollars a second, maybe 10's of thousands a second, maybe more. its just like microsoft, they make about 100,000 dollars a second
