Just goes to show two things:
1. The human body is so adaptable that it rearranges muscles to keep a body part funtional.
2. People in Haiti are horribly under-developed and unintellegent. Not even smart enough to splint the arm? Really? I did this in middle school to my finger and didn't know what it was called. I did it to prevent movement. Not that hard to think of.
