How to upload flash to sharenator! (video)
Basically,
find the flash,
press either ctrl+u, cmd+u, cmd+alt+u, all depending on Operating System and browser. in IE, go View > Source.
search for ".swf" and look for the file similar to the flash name. In this example, the first .swf was actually a toolbar, and the second one was the desired game file.
copy the file location
paste it between tags: [flash ] [ /flash] in your post
enjoy!

yep, but dont worry, lots of other people dont know either ^^. Please just check that they arent already posted first. If you did a simple keyword search then noone can blame you :-)
ahh well some sites like to add some code to the flash which means it can only be played on a certain site
