No-one can defeat a Ninja. Purely because you can't see a Ninja unless he wants you to, and if he wants you to your either another Ninja or dead. The only non-ninja to live through seeing a Ninja is Chuck Norris, but that is because out of mututal respect the Ninjas and Chuck Norris signed a truce after a 100 year long war. The war produced no casualties, as we Ninjas couldn't harm Norris, and he couldn't see us, and we both got bored. We now meet every couple weeks to get drunk and shoot some pool, and then possibly dabble in some hooker killing.

only the first 3rd and 4th and possibly 5th are true the rest are fake
The 3rd and 5th can be true in some cases, but the 4th isn't. Batman aint got shit on Ninjas.
ok 1st one is true except im not chuck norris and i don't think anyone else on this site is the 3rd ur dead so it doesnt really matter if they get u or not and the 5th if you are a ninja either you or them will be dead
become a ninja its the only way you will survive or let him get his way in everything and use him against your enemies
ninjas cant catch oyu if you have the ring of death!
