I am really feeling stressed and depressed at the moment can you please post your stress relief tactics. I really need serious answers but funny ones will help me laugh if you do make me laugh I will uprate your comment.

    Here are a few that make me feel better.
    1) collect different plastic bottles fill them with water and shoot them. They explode you feel wonderful
    2) Find something meaningless and beat the shit out of it with a baseball, or crickett bat.
    3) Go for a run.
    4) Go buy a bag of apples and use them to practice batting, or your golf swing.(produce is also good for shooting at)
    5) Get drunk
    6) exercise until you puke I use "Murph" it is a crossfit workout. (I know it sounds awful but you feel great when it is over and you have improved your body)

    I don't get stressed, I get pissed off. I think they are similar though.
    1- Play video games, Assasions creed usually works when you go on a killing spree.

    2- Watch a comedian, I find when loling I forget my worrys.

    3- meditate, it will hellp you calm down.

    4- go into imagination land, this is my favorite thing to do make up a story in you head and live it in imagination land.

    Here's what I do:

    1. Play with your pet, if you have one
    2. Surf Sharenator :D
    3. Download and play a free MMORPG, like Runes of Magic or Runescape
    4. Any video game really, as long as its not Call of Duty
    5. Masturbate.

    im going to try Runes of magic. you should try dark warriors there is't a screen to were you can look at but it's much more interactive

    All you have to do is remember two things:
    1)Stressing out about something will NEVER help you solve an issue. It will NEVER make you more productive, It will NEVER make anything easier, and it will ALWAYS make an already difficult situation even more difficult for you to handle.
    2) Stress is a matter of self controll. The only thing that makes you stressed is yourself.

    Stress happens when you mentally allow an issue or problem become more than it really is. Once you realize that stress is caused by you and you only, and that it will never help you do anything, you can ultimately convince yourself to stop feeling it.

    It is also important to avoid the "ironic thought process" when it comes to keeping yourself from feeling stress. The most basic example of this kind of thinking is when you tell yourself to stop thinking about zebras. Your brain will constantly keep checking itself to make sure it isn't thinking of zebras, which requres it to think about zebras. Your brain will also do the same thing about stress. If you command yourself to stop feeling stress, your brain will check itself using what it remembers as a feeling of stress. Which can then lead to a snowball effect as you get stressed about feeling stress so that your brain can determine if your feeling stressed about whatever issue it was you were feeling stressed about(man that was fun to type). Again, the only real solution is self controll.

    Self controll gets easier the more you do it, eventually becoming a habit, and then finally an instinct. The clarity of thought as well as an overall improvement in mood you'll get once your stress is under controll will also act as a positive reinforcement, further cementing it as a mental habit.

    Hopefully, you'll find my little mini-theses a little more constructive than the "get high and mastrubate" suggestions others have given you.

    Thank you for the response for a moment I thought you were a licensed psychiatrist. I took a nap as soon as I got home from school and now I feel much better.

    No problem. While I'm not a psychiatrist I find that some measure of self controll usually solves most issues. I have alot of experiance with dealing with stress and fustration. The only issue with self controll is that you really need to WANT to get controll of yourself. Napping works for a quick fix though I suppose.

    1. video games where u are super overpowered and can just reck anything in front of u (wow works good for this go to a newb area and just start murdering them (only works till they call in the big guns though))

    i find origami very stress-relieving, expecially with the simple, easy ones

    you could also try to take a bath, like a bath with your favorite (slow) music e.t.c.

    you could also have a nap, always helps

    the best stress reliever is tho, to me, getting a bunch of stuff made out of glass or other things like that, and throw it against a wall or smash it with a hammer :D

    also, you can try this:
    1-fill a plastic bottle with water
    2-put some baking soda in it
    3-QUICKLY close the bottle
    4-shakeshakeshake (safer to be outside)
    5-throw it on the street really hard a couple of time until....BOOM :D

    oh, and last but not least, throw eggs. XD
