How To Pimp Out Your Desktop
Download the following programs:
ObjectDock
Rainmeter
-ObjectDock looks nice once you install it, but to fit your taste, go to wincustomize to download nice themes and skins. It's basically a windows version of one of those mac toolbars you see. They are used to cleanup your desktop.
-Rainmeter is a nice all in one widget. It has a clock, RSS reader, notes, ect. Please keep in mind that with a slower computer, I suggest not downloading rainmeter do to the major lag.
Wallpaper:
For this, go to wallbase. They have many cool wallpapers. Some are NSFW so be careful. Or, use google.
Themes:
Themes are what change the look of your OS. They have plenty at
customize.org. Depending on your version, you might need the unpatcher for the themes to work. I don't know here to get this so just google it.

why? i like it this way my laptop is a dell inspiron mini lolz so i have to have stuff big to see
it only has 2 settings 1024x600 or 800x600 1024 looks better for me
ik but i have 2 many lolz with my japanese stuff you know japanese is a rather complicated language

I have no idea how to do any of this customization stuff, care to help me out a little bit?
I need to figure out how to customize the ObjectDock and how to get different themes for the Rainmeter. I would like your setup on the ObjectDock please.

Just right click on an icon and go to dock settings then change the icon. Also, change the transparency of the background make it dissapear by going to dock settings.

All right thanks, but one more problem, I cannot for the life of me find the, My Computer, My Documents, My Pictures, My Music or the Configure Dock icons.
To be honest, they all still look like Windows, even with the fake dock.

No rocketdock, just simple toolbars for organization. I love my epic monkey though! Also, House desktop = WIN!

it actually has no real icons ( except those 2 in the cornner i'm too lazy to move)
