What people want to know about Hitler? Actual Google search queries
A little more than a month ago, pragma's post "Adolf Hitler's Paintings" got to the front pages of Digg and Reddit. A day later, Sharenator started getting some interesting visits from Google. People were looking for information about Hitler and some of Google queries were quite interesting, some funny and some just strange.
These are actual Google search queries, info taken from our Analytics account (this is a mash up of several screenshots):

hitler died in the early 1980s according to the russians. hitler saved germany, created jobs and made life excellent for germans. prior to getting involved with politics, he lived in homeless shelters and was a drifter. he never wanted to kill the jews, rather send them to africa. try to realize that the jews, having no country of their own, were taking over germany and controlling the businesses. there has also been a history of antisemitism throughout europe for many years. the bottom line is this. he thought that germans were the superior race, and that jews weren't even people. the number of jews that were killed in ww2 also included the number of jews that ESCAPED nazi germany. we should really feel sorry for the russians, MANY more russians died than jews. hitler delegated big decisions to high ranking officers, and people were killed. heydrich the hangman, herman goering, himmler, eichman, gobbles, hess...these are the evil guys. ww2 is the BIGGEST propaganda war ever. most of the pictures of "jews" in "concentration camps" that we see are actually CHRISTIANS in SOVIET concentration camps. let's look at hitler as what he was...a nationalist with an agenda of a german world. before the flame war begins, i'm not saying that he was a good man, but you only ever hear one side of the story.

i have a hard time believing all he wanted to do was move them to africa because if thats what he wanted then it probably would have happened. i mean think about it... he didnt have any problem transporting them to the concentration camps. he also held france and north africa for most of the war. another reason that it wouldnt have been difficult.
but yeah i have to agree with you a little about the russians

i just think some people are stupid no.1 by typing them things in and no.2 by thinking hitler was anything more than a power hungry man of the whitch hasn't been seen since napoleon.
defend that. yes, bush acted stupid. yes, bush made bad decisions, but he was re-elected. did he target any group for ethnic cleansing, no he did not. did he try take over the world, no he did not. I don't care if u have a bad life, but think BEFORE u attack former president Bush.
