5 months ago, I posted a video of a song that my band and I wrote, recorded, published and sold. it wasn't amazing but it weren't bad for a bunch of 12-13 year olds.
Now only 5 months on and around about 1 year from the creation of the band. We are performing at:
The Winter Gardens, Margate
a radio station called Academy FM
another run by a woman named banu
two interviews
a possible gig at a college
a 1950s rock night (I know, I know...)
and a personal musicians room.
We also currently have a rehearsal Venue that is cheap but effective and includes PA system with 2 mics and a 16 channel mixer.
I currently own an Acoustic bass and hard Case + Electric piano (Not a keyboard)
Lead guitarist owns a Gibson SG (Though infrequently used), an acoustic guitar and a mandolin.
our lead singer is personalising his own mic. specifically designed for voice recording and Public Announcements (PA)
and our Drummer owns a set of Electrical drums, a Semi-Full Drum Kit (Average) and a Banjo.
So All-in-all I feel that we are doing pretty well for ourselves...
So... Fuuuuuuuuuuuucckkkkk yoooouuuuu CallMeGoogle and Fuuuuuuucckkk yoouuu class mates! :) sorry, a little bit unprovoked but there ya go...
