WTF?! Some kid in my math class was getting bitched at by the teacher and the teacher yelled, "You didn't do SHIT!". Then the student comes back with, "I did do shit, bitch!". And yet only the student is getting punished. WTF?!!!?!!

well yes freedom of speach is one right portected by the constitution, but their limits. You cant say things that a large # of people will find offensive and depending wher you live, it WILL be interprited differently. but in short, you cant just swear when ever you want to, its more like, you can voice your opinion without punishment, where the teacher was kinda out of line, of your friend hadent cursed, he wouldnt have to been removed

******i know my spelling is bad, dont point it out****(

Yes, speech is protected by the constitution, but in school you live under their rules which means the teacher might not get busted for cursing but you may, which is a load of shit, but that's the way it sometimes goes.

yeah, pretty much what everyone has already said ^^
To me at least, the freedom of speech thing is only for when you're an "adult", when you're 18 and up. Until then, its pretty much everyone else telling you to stfu and you have to suck it up.
