        Paul - do you remember Contra and Punch Out ??? those games were what fueled my addiction for gaming. That and NBA Jam on the SEGA - 'that was the nail in the coffin' - that and 'Boom shaka-laka' when you dunked .... that shit rocked. Beating the hell out of your friends all night long playing games.... Miss those days.

          contra alien wars was the most badass hardcore side scrolling action anyone could endure. no stupid story, no pussy save points, just balls to the wall action! I miss those days too :-(

              Mario/DuckHunt, NES, Mario 3, still one of my fav games, good times, thanks for the stroll down memory lane :D

              Edit: I was just reminded that my first console was a ColecoVision, and first game was either Smurfs or Donkey Kong, lol, can't remember, now I feel old lol

      I miss my SEGA - dont get me wrong , I LOVE my PS3 and PSP , but there was something amazing about the Genesis. Altered beast was the shit and there were alot of other great games on the Genesis.

        I loved my SEGA. We would get together with our friends and play games like Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam, etc. Sonic, Earthworm Jim and Comix Zone were my favorite Genesis games. Good times.

    I'm 18 to lol and first game i beat would be pokemon yellow with a yellow gameboy so that would be my first console that was all my but the very first one we owned was a saga genisis. But my last game I beat was modern Warfare 2 for the 360

    Ummm also rogue had like infinite randomly generated levels so I obviously never beat it...

    I dont freaking remember
    would it be ok if I would write down the first I remember?
    As far as I know super nintendo was my first console
    I remember a lot of games but I cant really remember which it was but as far as I know and my brother told me I played sonic
    and I can remember the first game I completed without any help
    it was metal gear solid
    I was like 9 years old before that I always just played until I wanted to punch someone
    and I am 19 if it matters
