So which football (soccer) team do you support?
pne - Favourite football (soccer) team
I support my home team of Preston North End. One of the founding members of the Football league and the first English football champions. In the past Preston were famously successful, being the first winners of "The Double" in English football. In 1888-89 Preston became the only team to go throughout an entire season unbeaten in both the league and FA Cup — also with the record of never conceding a goal in the FA Cup, only Arsenal F.C., in 2003-04, have managed to have an unbeaten season in any league division since.

      Funnily enough, the first game I remember watching PNE was against Grimsby, we scored our fastest goal ever, and then went on to lose 2-1 but we had a goal disallowed :(

            I know pne is towards the bottom but they're in the championship! Grimsby got relegated to the blue square premier, out of the football league. Just 7 years ago Grimsby where in the same league you're in now!

                    You a Scunthorpe fan?
                    2nd time the game with PNE's been postponed, and this time, there was only a little tiny patch which was frozen, and it is a massive game! Basically whoever loses goes or stays bottom of the league, and really faces relegation as a certainty. Really looking forward to last Saturdays game as well :(
