29. Jake Delhomme, Browns
The case for rooting for Jake in Cleveland: It's like watching someone trying to put his life back together after committing an accidental homicide and serving the mandatory prison sentence. Except in this case the accidental homicide was of the entire Panthers fan base.
My dad comes from Perth and i like west coast mor than fremantle but i hardly know anything about aussie rules footbal :P I live in England but go to Australia every 2 years
Not really chosen a team yet, only been watching since the start of this season. I have a soft spot for the Texans because I feel sorry for their offence since their defence just cannot defend the pass.
Yeah they are. My friends and I think it'll be the Packers and the Bears in the Superbowl. We originally thought the Patriots and the Falcons, but considering how horrible the Patriots played a few nights ago forget it. If it comes down to the Packers and the Bears, I'm going Packers hands down, because they got Aaron Rodgers.
Im pretty sure we've named all of the teams or pretty close to it we named the patriots, panthers, jets, lions, titans, broncos, raiders, saints, eagles, falcons, vikings, raiders, bills, 49ers, colts, cowboys, bears, and texans. Btw Im saints all the way.
i don't think McCoy has anything on Tim Tebo. Bama made Tebo cry. McCoy was good, but the first time he faced a real defence(the alabama defence) he went down. what i just said is now what i think, but it is what we all saw. McCoy was not ready for Alabama.
i lay blame solely on Texas's offensive line on a quarterback run you DO NOT let a 300 pound linebacker blindside your quarterback my coach would have probably eaten us at the half if that was our quarterback
Again, you got blown out by the browns. We beat you in the begining of the year, we have the same amount of division wins and loses. Except next week were going to destroy the dolphins.
Football is awesome, but I swear the fans are to stupid. They cant actually have an intelligent conversation like "Yeah, the Jets lost the Patrits, but hey they arnt the best, they got blown out by the Browns. ANd the Jets they were overrated, but hey, they have a second year head coach and QB."
Instead its "OMG I <3 THE BEST TEAM EVARRR WE WIN YOU SUCK HAHAHHA"
Im sorry, but its football, the best teams get blown out sometimes.
ok theres several reasons why you sound like of an idiot we got blown out by the brows because we took a week off which is inexcusable, that was also a nothing game. If the Jets were an elite team then with 11 days of preparation and arguable their biggest regular season game and in a division then they would have actually shown up to play.
I never said the Jets were an Elite team, the loss was absolutly horrific and shouldnt even have let the Pats score more then 17 points. Considering they were leading the League in points allowed.
Man thats weird. Pats couldnt even pull off a win even with the help of the Refs not calling intentional grounding by big baby brady, which led to the touchdown that sort of put you in the game.
It was a good game, but I guess were 2/3 for the whole season against the pats. Good luck next year.
1 dont even start talking about whining to refs there were two pass interference calls that were iffy at best that holmes was motioning for the flag before he even tried making the catch or how bout on that first onside kick the jet who was pulling sander 36 backwards that let cromartie recover the ball, also you aint done shit yet for all intents and purposes this was a rebuilding year, yea its disappointing they lost but half our defense is under 28 and we got 4 pick in the fist two rounds if and when you guys lose this year you stocked up for a run this year and will probably be fucked going into the future, how long do you think Ryans blowhard attitude lasts when you dont win shit
oh ill admit that we got outcoached and outplayed my main beef with what you just said was that we were crybabies when oh so many flags were ignored for the jets and thrown on the pats and your lack of understanding of the rules, intentional grounding is when the QB does not break the pocket and throws the ball no where near an eligible reciever, the running back #39 Danny Woodhead had tried to pick up a blitz and fell was trying to get up and brady threw the ball at his body and it hit the ground, due to the very large black man trying to beat the living hell out of him i doubt brady saw anything other than his jersey but he was still an eligible receiver rendering your argument thus null and void, also your stadium's in New Jersey, nuff said
I cant reply to any of your new comments for some reason. But that WAS intentional grounding. He threw the ball at a reciever that was already down, thats illegal, and he was still in the pocket. It gave the pats a second chance and put them in the game.
Most of the Pats are not cry babies, but I cant tell you how many times I see brady get up after getting sacked and start pointing at the player who sacked him trying to get a flag thrown in his favor, I understand its a tactic of the game, but its low. I mean, it is football. And being a loyal jet fan and seeing them fail over and over again for the past 14 years that Ive been watching them, they have gone through a living hell with flags, they get crazy penalized for bull calls. Just look at the ravens game in the first week. We had over 100 penalty yards before the half. Flags end up ruining half of the games I watch whether its the Jets or whoever.
ya what you gotta do is hit reply to the last comment that haad the option then it will go to the bottom happpens sometimes, im rooting for Green Bay now i've always liked them
As an Eagle's fan I can truly say that I will miss the days when Dawkins, Westbrook, and McNabb were in their prime. They may not have won a superbowl but they were (and still are) a damn fine team to watch. This year will be interesting because of all the major changes. GO EAGLES!
