it only realy works if your hugh heffner (the playboy guy) and cigars are not meant to be inhaled there just to taste so u get nothin in nicotine and if you have smokd for a bit you need the nicotine that why you carry on smoking and y it is hard to stop and yeah i am a smoker and posters like these just dont bother smokers

true. the smoke can cause mouth cancer, just like dip can.

dude if you smoke a cigar then it has the same carcinogens (the bad stuff that gives you cancer) as a whole pack of cigs so there even worse for you
