1. Fill the glass with water first... then empty it. Bubbles form because the carbon dioxide catches on "rough edges" (on a microscopic scale), and glass, along with other micro-debris (such as dust) make it a very rough surface.
Coating with water will make this very smooth =)
2. Angle the glass before pouring... eg... pour the coke onto the side of the glass, rather than straight to the bottom. this minimises splashing or "folding" of the liquid, which prevents some gas from escaping.
