the incredibly overinflated prices would collapse, as large manufacturers would take over production. This would allow addicts to afford the drug using legal means, and ruined lives would be a thing of the past. Purity would be consistent and therefore overdoses (and deaths due to chemicals that dealers would cut with their heroine)would drop dramatically. Food for thought.
The horrors of drugs such as heroin are just terrible .
If this doesn't scare people away from the drug itself , I don't know what will .
