Yeah normally I do ask for no ice but I forget to sometimes and then you get a cup half full of ice!

Some places do free refills so you don't have to sacrifice cold for more liquid.

I usually ask for light ice, or no ice, or just go inside and get my food myself. I really dislike waiting in the drive through.
