Mic quality needs to improve a lot, I think that's why your words sound weird not how fast you say them. It sounds really out of place with the much better quality audio.

yeah the mic needs to improve & I'm not here to tell you how to kick your flow but work on not slurring your syllables too much.
Edit: Personally I don't like rap, but quality aside, I noticed you're not hesitating and you're actually singing. (People will usually lose voice when they sing because they get all embarrassed. *Blush*) So yes, it is good.
