Great, great game. I've spent hours on this.
A hint for anyone struggling: Once you've unlocked different play modes, go back and play the levels you've completed in the bonus xp modes you've unlocked, so that you can earn more xp and improve your soldiers and spells. This gets pretty important in the end, as I'm certain there's no way I could've completed the later levels without the upgrades.
