my dog has caught several rabbits and has tried chasing deers. He attempts to catch squirrels to lmao they confuse him O.o
he chased some cat across our yard once but literally stopped in his tracks when the cat ran face first into the fence lmao he was so confused that the cat did it he looked just shocked

Never owned a cat, But we got a Labrador Retriever a couple of years back. Great dog.
The part about dog owners being helathier makes alot of sense. Especially when you have a big, active dog that requires plenty of exercise. (You'll be walking them at least 2 or 3 times a day)
