Ten things they needed to change from MW2 to make a good game vs what they did.
1) Remove commando
2) Remove deathstreaks
3) Remove last stand
4) Make shotguns primary
5) Killstreaks kills dont count to killstreaks
6) Sort the spawning
7) Reduce killstreak strength
8) Stop hacks
9) Stop boosting
10) Remove noobtubes
Now I'll go through and say what they have done.

4) When i heard the news they where now primary i didnt care you could still win a game using them. Now they are soo bad getting a kill with one is actually impressive but dont expect to be winning many games.

6) Headquater is unplayable as the spawning is that bad common logic of spawns in this game has gone.
7) Mw2 was bad But RCXD DOGS NAPLAM ROLLING THUNDER GUNSHIP are rediculus

So really they had to chage 10 things from Mw2 to make this game great but they could mange it. They could however manged to change other things which blow my mind.
1) snipers are dead ( low damge, No sleight of hand pro, No quick scopes, Massive sway = a dead gun)Assault rifles and SMGs rule this game. The same can be said of LMGs and shotguns because when using them your at such a disadvantage using them. They all could easily be secondarys and no one would complain.
2) Maps, I think COD 4 and MW2 have amazing map design just the right size for constant action. WAW and BO are massive and slow. Also why would you make huge maps but stop marathon?? well done
3) Dull game Snow isnt exciting (Derail huge and snowy) was hated. Half the BO maps are like Derail. Mw2 Had vibrant graphics and different settings which changed the texture and brightness. Jungle inst snowy but its just green and brown with a dull haze the maps may change colour but all lack sharpness. And i normally dont think graphic are important

Lmgs and shotguns are pretty well desinged.
Mw2 had the worst maps on any Cod game created, they were awefull
i think BO is a lot better than MW2 essentially becuase MW2 was a teriible game, and BO has got more customization and still has a good game towards it.
Sleight of Hand Pro is a faster ADS, which is awesome. This is my favorite perk. I guess it does suck for Snipers, since it won't work on their scope. More on that later.
Some of the maps are too large for 6v6 Team Deathmatch, but they are perfect size for games like Domination and S&D. Sometimes you don't want the enemy to spawn within grenade distance of the target.
RCXD will get you a kill about 50% of the time, but you leave yourself vulnerable using it, and miss out on kills with your gun. Spy Plane is much more useful and helps your entire team.
Napalm is easy to avoid, same with all other air attack vehicles. The only people who complain about choppers are those who don't use the Rocket Launcher. I love the free 600xp.
The dogs can be shot since they run a simple pattern.
Snipers have been ruined in every FPS since Counter Strike. The AWP was an unrealistic gun with unrealistic accuracy. Snipers are meant to kill slow moving targets, and BO is making them a class that very few people can play right. This is about as realistic as you can get.
And why were we downrated before? What's offensive about showing how many levels there are to progress through?
I only have three complaints: 1)most maps don't have areas suited for snipers. I can only think of a couple areas with long enough sight lines and the only one that gets a decent amount of enemy trafic are the two parallel streets in "Cracked". Snipers aren't dead, and I'm glad they got rid of quickscoping, they just don't have many places they are usefull. 2)the silencer attachment for sniper rifles needs to be modified, otherwise even headshots will require a two hit kill. People have suggested that there should either be a higher headshot multiplyer so that a silenced sniper will only OHK in the head, or that the scout perk should me modified so that the pro version would act as a type of stopping power (though only for sniper rifles, no other gun type). 3) the "lag" of the game, meaning that somehow the information from the BO servers and all the players is slow so that in a killcam the killer seems to have killed a player by shooting 4 feet infront of or behind a player even though both players have a full 4 bar connection. This however could be an issue that is only caused by the fact that it is a new release, and it doesn't seem to happen that often, at least not any more so than MW2.
The only issue I have seen with the spawning system is that your and the enemy teams seem to trade spawn areas of the map very often. This can lead to a sudden amount of enemies spawning behind you because you are the only friendly in that area, and all your other friendlies are on the opposite side of the map. The best way to counter this is to use your minimap to see where all your allies are spawning, pick an area the most opposite to that area, that is where the enemy is currently spawning, and keep in mind that these areas move around alot.
They probably think looking down makes you get speed or something...

You may not know this but for every COD game since #4 there are two knifing distances: the first one is the sort of "slashing" animation that is the default and is the shorter range, the second is the "stabbing" animation that activates after a player has been looking strait an enemy for about 3/4 a second, and is twice the range of the "slashing" animation. The Commando perk in MW2 doubled the range of BOTH these animations.
