honestly this is probably written by some chick that wants to get their boyfriend the way they are. And if your lacking self confidence you probably shouldn't have someone telling you what to do. And if your living by these "tips" then your not going to become a bro. The only thing you need to know is be yourself. I feel bad for anyone taking these seriously...
