nah, just a byproduct of evolution. every so often, something goes wrong in a human's genetic pattern. in this case, the pigmentation gene switched off. as we use a more diverse genetic pool (what you refer to as race-mixing, you symbol of charm and tolerance, you), genetic whoopsies like this one will disappear as stronger and more effective genes come to the fore. as for there just being one kind of human, well, there is only one kind of human, but with different genetic configurations (hint; you refer to them as races). think about it; when you see a desktop computer, you think of it as a computer. when you see a laptop computer, you still think of it as a computer. am i right in assuming that? it is the exact same thing for humans, since all we are is a biological reproduction machine with souped-up brain power. if what i said about computers is right, you show more intelligence, compassion and tolerance for an inanimate object than for a fellow human being... which would, ultimately, make you an average human (intelligence, charm, looks, etc.)
Actually not all genetic mutations go away, for example blue eyes and blonde hair are both genetic mutations that happened during human evolution that have continued into our present society. It is true that albinism is a genetic mutation but this trait will never completely disappear due to the simple fact that it is a mutation that does not cause the person to die at a young age, and it usually doesn’t cause any serious abnormalities of major organs. Albinos are able to live out normal lives, they have about the same life spans as quote UN quote normal humans, and they are also allowed to procreate so in hindsight this is one mutation that we will continue to see for a long time. Another factor is that most people don’t even know they have the recessive gene that causes albinism so therefore it can continue to go undetected for generations. Besides the genes we have now are not the original genes that started with the first early humans; many mutations, environmental factors, and interbreeding have caused the genetic map we see today…so in reality we are all products of genetic mutations in some way shape or form.
Difference is; by evolutionary theory, albinos would not be around if tehre was still survival of the fittest. The dark pigments of Africans was a genetic mutation that took on and lived on because it kept them from getting skin cancer and dying off early. Caucasians are here presently because they lost the dark pigmentation after moving north into present day Russia and Europe, due to the fact that they used clothing to keep themselves warm.

OK this is lot to take in so try and bear with me, all traits start off as genetic mutations, it's whether it's detrimental to the individual that possesses it that determines whether it dies off. So the fact that so many different forms of albinism continue to exist and get selected for, and have been for hundreds of years kinda proves that they can and will exist in the future. Even if all albinos in the world were to die today albinos would still exist as it doesn't take two albinos to make an albino. They are not a separate species after all. They can't "go extinct" as they are humans and simply one small part of human variation, like all shades of skin color.
Dark pigment in "Africans" was and is ridiculously beneficial, (the pigmentation was also most likely present way before people could even be what we consider human) it prevents overheating as it radiates heat better, it prevents overproduction of vitamin d which can kill, and obviously protects against sunburn and therefor yes prevents melanoma.
Caucasians most likely lost the darker pigment as a cause of moving to colder climates not the fact that they used clothes as Africans did as well. A lessening of the melanin in skin actually lessens the amount of frostbite on a person as the dots of melanin under the skin are what freeze, forming ice crystals that puncture the skin cell. Also in an area with less direct sun light, lighter skin would help with vitamin D synthesis as there would be less melanin to block the ultraviolet light needed to synthesis. . . and rickets is bad.
As to whether or not albinism would still be selected if albinos had to compete in the "survival of the fittest" as it's called, it would depend on what type of albinism the individual had and where they lived as some forms of albinism do have secondary symptoms that increase mortality, some but not all. Of the people shown above I would have to say that most would survive even without modern medicine (provided they weren't murdered and cut up to provide ingredients for whitchdoctors as that is a huge problem in certain parts of Africa even today) None of these people are completely lacking in melanin,(as evidence by their hazel eyes indicating the presence of eumelanin) it is simply a smaller amount than it should have been and seeing as how many animals also have forms of albinism occuring naturally I am sure they would have been fine.

Actually no human albinos have red eyes(except in photos as they get red eye more easily due to the lessening of pigment in their eyes) they are usually blue or violet.
yeeeaaahhh. . . I am talking about the actual pigment in the eye, of which albinos do have some. I mean yeah you can see the blood vessels through the low levels of pigment in the iris but the iris does still have color and that color is usually blue statistically speaking, though really for African albinos it is more likely to be more of a hazel color.
I also just have to ask . . . where the hell does this teacher teach to have actually taught 17 albino kids even if it was over a 10 year time period. Albinism occurs in only 1 out of every 17,000 people. So, statistically, to have taught an albino in general, they would have had to have taught at least 1,700 kids a year, every year. I mean even in the places where it is more statistically fesable, the kids wouldn't really have "red" eyes, as the three places where albinism is most present are all located in Africa, and therefor most likely to be the OCA types. This teacher would have to be located in some other country with a crazy high rate of albinism and even then the type of albinism that causes the "red" eye effect is, in fact, the rarest type, encompasing only 10-15% of all cases of albinism. there is no genetic marker that expresses race. translation: there is no gene that codes for one's skin color. Racism. It's all just human stupidity and a cultured elitist mindset that is intended to divide and control us. I saw a couple of albino African-English peeps in Brixton where I live, I thought I'd look for some pictures on the internet. Apparently, and sadly, these people get real grief in Africa - not only cos they get burned but on occasion their countrymen and women can discriminate so harshly against them that it often results in killings - sometimes just out of old superstitions. The comment about race mixing; I don't see how its a racist remark but it is the truth weather these are albino, mixed, or photo shopped. Today most people are so quick to label something as racist- probably in part of the history of racism and its impact throughout the years, sometimes I think if there are more people prejudice against a racist then they are racists in the world. Does that really make you that much better of a person? I think people acted so negatively to that comment because of fear that one day there will be no race and there is no arguing that. The same way different types of dogs mate until you end up with a mutt, you're not going to get a pure breed out of that mutt. Calling individuals with albinism "albinos" is often see as discriminatory because individuals living with this condition should not be defined by it. Better terms are albinistic or a person with albinsim.

Prejudice means to judge before. To judge another before getting to know them, their personality, likes, dislikes, etc is ignorant. Jesus sought out those looked down upon by society, knowing they needed his message of love most. He set the divine example for us today. We should judge only in the way we are treated by each individual, not a class or group of people. God said he would bring low those exalting themselves and raise up those trampled on by the masses. So, I guess that means white supremecists will be considered as second class citizens by God and people with dark skin will be raised on high, above the bigots. Seems appropriate to me. White supremecists make me ashamed to be white skinned. Racism is ignorant, mentally lazy, and there is no excuse for that. The "N" word is abhorrant to me, however, I will say that I view any person who uses that word as white trash, deserving of that name for themselves, and as trash, they should be discarded by society as refuse in a refuse dump. I think that these people are beautiful. They are unique and it is a gift to be unique. Why on Earth would someone want to judge someone else just because that person does not fit a "normal" ideal? What is "normal" anyways? Ask different people in the world this question and you will get different answers. Normal doesn't exist.
...And NOW you know how white people came into existence. Albinism explains your lack of pigment in your skin, your hair and your eyes. Which usually results in PALE, pigmentless (white) skin, as seen in these pictures, pigmentless, blondish hair, as seen in these pictures and eyes that are not as receptive to light (which is why so many whites need glasses). You have evolved as a species but you descended from black people and even most scientists and geneticists passively admit this (though they don't say it too loudly or shout it from the highest rooftop).

Yeeeeaaah, white people didn't come from african albinos, they descended from dark skinned Africans who migrated north, as you said above(Also if you take any anthropology class in any college anywhere that fact will be shouted at you though probily not from inside a classroom instead of a rooftop). The albinos above(and in general) have a gene mutation that prevents the PRODUCTION of melanin (mainly eumelanin, the black/brown pigment) that is not to say that genetically they do not posses the genes to produce it, which is why two Black albinos can produce a black skinned child. White people do have melanin, most times just as much as their black counterparts (I'm leaving that open as gingers exist and they are kinda freaks with their genetic reliance on pheomelanin(the red/yellow pigment) ) it is just mostly pheomelanin with some eumelanin, which is why some whites can become really tan in the summer(again excluding most gingers). This lessening of eumelanin along with the increase in pheomelanin does indeed cause lighter eyes, which are more light sensitive, however having lighter eyes doesn't automatically mean you have bad vision. It just means you'll want to wear shades when it's bright out. Some types of albinism (of all races) cause vision and hearing problems as secondary symptoms of a larger genetic mutation which is why many of them require corrective lenses. Albinos on a whole though, mostly just need a good pair of sunglasses to protect their eyes.
As to the "blonde" hair, if you were to look at it at a microscopic level most of the peoples hair above would appear to be almost clear, similar to a "blonde" Australian Aborigine, their hair looks that color due to its lack of most pigment, not the huge amounts of pheomelanin that charectorize white blonde hair. It would still have some color as their would be traces of both types of melanin but it would still look nothing like the hair of someone with genetic blonde hair.

hey my name is stephanie, i mixed alot french and spanish west indian , lebanese melanasian and chinese - indoesian.crazy mix i know . well got viltiligo from my dad and albinism runs through my mother , unforuntaly i had cancer and my skins cells died ( got sickle cell too ) well i was light skin and i thought my hair will stay black , but no i was dark skin but i lost my color after cancer . i look like shakira or mariah carey light , and my hair is yellowish light blonde and my eyes turned to blue -grey . and my hair is already long due im white asian , lebanese and not processed only hot only treatments. well i didnt like my new skin although i had this new look i hid it . i put vilitgo cream and i braid my hair as if you put in a weave and put clip on weaves / extensions , i dyed my eyebrows and put mascara on my eyelashes , they already long and thick but i want to hide my natural color i hate it so bad ,i dint want to look this , it hard but im lving for a long trime a long life but its hard . because im 5'11 and 36c -20-36 measurements and guys look at me with sex in their eyes if they knew how i really look i dont how to react ( im a virgin n 20 ) i wear baggy clothes some times but i dont want to be treated weird , no one knows the harassment i face , i attended st jonhs i did alot of online classes and summer courses and winter break classes, so i can graute early , i dont think i want to be married because i cant trust men . and some women are mean i dont know why , but i have faith and hopefully i will go france and live over there because there is too much racism over in america .

Wow, so race is not defined by skin color like the TV tells me! It seems as though even with "White" skin color, these people still look like niggers! Man and I thought that left-wing bed-wetting liberals were right about EVERYTHING!!!!
