I think we need some sort of sharenator jail or prison. In it you can access your account but, you'll just see your name in a panel with a few other crimenators for an allotted time in which you cant do anything but sit there and look at other criminals or watch twilight(just some bonus punishment)also, paul or darius or any other sheriffnator should decide their sentence.
At which point they'd just create a new account. The problem is sharenator is very easy to join, don't even need an email address. takes 5 seconds to create a new account.

I doesn't really matter if they have multiple acouts or not. The ranking system at lest in my opinion is just to show who does the most and for fun. Just relax, it's not like he is breaking the law it's just a minor anoyince. yes multiple acounts are unfair but you don't need to make such a big deal about it.
