Oh like he is mid filming fair enough. Then I can definitely see the resemblance.
its weird , his head seems HUGE but I had a friend with stomach cancer and he lost about 75 pounds in 6 months and looked the same way.... Anyways. Apparently , the dude he is playing was his best friend so that explains the dedication.
