20 Of The Most Disgusting Things You Probably Never Want To Eat
Fried tarantulas
Balut consists of a half-fertilized duck or chicken egg, served with a little salt after being boiled.
Snake and scorpion wine
Live cobra heart
Birds nest soup: The saliva of the birds give this soup its unicity. It is one of the most expensive products consumed by humans, because of the difficulty in getting it.
Baby mice wine
Casu Marzu, or “maggot cheese”. It is consumed while the living beings inside it are still alive.
Kopi Luwak, is coffee made out of the excrements of a creature that resembles a cat, called the Luwak.
Tuna eyeball
Rocky mountain oysters. Doesn’t sound so bad, right? Actually it was named that because some genius realized that calling this dish by its real name “buffalo’s fried testicles” might turn people off. It’s a good change…it’s a good change.
Fugu or poisonous puffer fish can only be prepared by expert chefs due to the fact that if prepared wrong, well, it could kill you.
Giant crispy bugs
Escamoles are made from the eggs of giant black ants.
Mongolian boodog is a goat or a marmot from inside out. That’s right, the animal is cooked in its own skin.
Whole sheep’s dead. Served with OR without its brain. Which would you prefer?
Bat soup
Ox penis
Caterpillar fungus
Human Placenta. Absolutely nothing funny or OK about this. Sadly, there are people in certain cultures that believe that it prevents postpartum depression and other pregnancy complications. It is found mostly in America, Europe, Mexico, Hawaii, China, and the Pacific Islands. Disgusting.
Kumis consists of fermented mare milk. Because a female horse’s milk contains more sugars than the fermented cow’s or goat’s milk, kumis has a higher, though still mild, alcohol content.

I lived in Japan for 10 years...I've had most of that stuff... Sans the placenta... BUUUGGGHHHH! +3
Am I the only person who would be willing to try all of this stuff??? You can never be closed minded when it comes to food. You lose the opportunity to experience something amazing. Usually, when presented with the opportunity to try something new food wise, I don't even ask what it is or what's in it. (Obviously if you have any kind of food allergies this is NOT safe for you to do. Sorry) Then your brain doesn't get the chance to tell you that you won't like it because of a preconceived notion of what it will be like. Then again, maybe I'm just a weirdo...
omg
would you eat bat soup, ox penis or BUGS fungus and maggots!
to be honest i was forced to eat sheep's balls once
but i would never ever eat ANY of the things mentioned here!

I've have #1 #7 #10 and #11. they actually tasted really good you just had to get past the fact that you're eating them.
I'm from Idaho man that is like the oldest prank known to man there.
Why ANYONE would even THINK of eating ANY of this stuff is beyond me really. It is just wrong in so many ways.
Common hot dog ingredients include:
Meat trimmings and fat
Flavorings, such as salt, garlic, and paprika
Preservatives (cure) - typically sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite
Pork and beef are the traditional meats used in hot dogs. Less expensive hot dogs are often made from chicken or turkey, using low cost mechanically separated poultry. Hot dogs often have high sodium, fat and nitrite content, ingredients linked to health problems. Changes in meat technology and dietary preferences have led manufacturers to use turkey, chicken, vegetarian meat substitutes, and to lower the salt content.
If a manufacturer produces two types of hot dogs, "wieners" tend to contain pork and are blander, while "franks" tend to be all beef and more strongly seasoned.
There you go :P

#1,#2,#4,#7,#9,#11,#12,#16,#17,#18,#19 Not a solitary chance in hell of me trying.
#3,#6,#20 Only possibly due to the alcohol content, maybe, probably not.
#5,#10,#13,#14,#15 Only if I was starving to death and this was the only stuff I could get.
#8 Its coffee, it really can't taste worse than any other coffee lol

With #11, a training chef has to prepare the puffer fish under supervision, and then to complete their training they must eat what they prepared. If they won't eat it then they are not allowed to prepare it for anyone else. If they eat it and it poisons them, then they probably won't be preparing puffer fish again anyway.
