its a bit over the line sometimes.. but its pretty much the truth.. A woman crashed her car and was trapped inside, the car might explode. A man nearby rushes over and helps her out of the car to try and save her life. Apparently, a slight injury occured during the rescue so she sues the man hardcore....FUCK THAT SHIT

I have to call BS on most of the lawsuit stories on this page, or at least the part that says "and they won"

    That is totally shit!
Any Judge with a decent amount of common sense should throw that straight out of court!

its just like the time a lady sued a furniture store for breaking her tailbone when she tripped over a toddler running amuck in the store. well, turns out that the toddler was her own son. oh and she won the lawsuit.

The Good Samaritan law was made to prevent lawsuits from any kind of injury in a situation like that. If someone is about to die, and you save their life while giving them a little bump on the head in the process, you cannot legally be prosecuted.

What i'm sorry but this is not accurate, you may hear of these kind kind of things going on but that's because the Media now loves to report it, it's the same with Crime reports, we are made to believe it's an epidemic through news stories which what feature 1 to 4 people at most? Comeon guys use some common sense here.
