it can be annoying, for example anytime ANYTHING touches it you have the overwhelming urge to jump and then 5 mins later get a boner, you must wait half an hour after getting up before you go to the toilet because you will have a boner, it hurts to pee with a boner, NEVER WEAR tight shorts if you have a very large or very small one, this affect me greatly, all the girls quietly stare in climbing :P
also people always know when you have a boner even if you conceal it so HA way worse to have a penis :P
